Order Changes:

We appreciate your order! Please make sure that you have reviewed and confirmed your order is correct before placing it. Once your order has been placed, it can not be modified. 

Shipping & Delivery:

Due to COVID-19, we have experienced some shipping delays. We ship from Pasadena, California. Most orders will be received between 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. 

Spring & West is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Once your order indicates that it has been delivered, we are not responsible. Please contact your local postal service for tracking information.

Damaged Items:

We sincerely apologize if your items arrive damaged in any way. Report any stolen items within 5 days of receiving the item(s) via email. Please include photos of the damaged items. If you contact us after the 5 day period, you will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Color & Sizing:

Spring & West is a curated boutique. We try to display the most accurate sizing & coloring in our product descriptions. If you have any further questions in regards to sizing or coloring of any of our items, please reach out.
